Thank you for choosing Patio & Garden Co. as your preferred destination for outdoor furniture and accessories. We are delighted to offer free shipping on all domestic orders within the United States. Please read our shipping policy to familiarize yourself with our shipping process.

 

Local Pickup: In-Store pickup is available Tuesday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm, Saturday & Sunday 9 am - 4 pm. We are closed on Mondays. We process the order within 24 hours and will send you an email when the order is ready for pickup.

Free Shipping:
We are pleased to provide free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. Whether you're ordering a small accessory or a large furniture set, there are no additional shipping charges. This applies to all contiguous states within the USA.

Processing Time:
Once your order is placed, our team will begin processing it promptly. Our typical order processing time is 1-2 business days. During this time, we carefully prepare your items for shipment, ensuring they are packed securely and accurately.

Delivery Time:
We understand that you're eager to receive your new outdoor furniture. Our estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 3-4 business days. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and may vary slightly based on factors such as your location and any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Method:
To ensure efficient and reliable delivery, we partner with trusted shipping carriers. The shipping method used will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We utilize reputable carriers with a proven track record of delivering packages safely and on time.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You will receive an email containing this information, allowing you to track the progress of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system.

Shipping Restrictions:
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are unable to ship internationally or to PO Box addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:
While we take every precaution to ensure that your items are packaged securely, incidents resulting in damaged or lost shipments may occur. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please follow these steps:
