Return Policy

At Patio & Garden Co., we strive to provide you with the highest quality outdoor furniture and exceptional customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where a return or exchange is necessary. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your options and the guidelines for returning an item.

30-Day Return Period:
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It should also be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include but are not limited to cushions, pillows, mattresses, and custom-made or special order items. Please note that clearance or final sale items are also non-returnable.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 30-day return period. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA). Returns without a valid RMA will not be accepted.

Return Shipping:
If the product is damaged or incorrect, please download and print the return label provided by our customer service team. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if there are no issues with the product and you wish to return it, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Restocking Fees:
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team. They will assist you in arranging the exchange and provide you with further instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement, repair, or refund.
